Advantages of Studying in CBSE Board

In India, the Central Board of Secondary Education is one of the oldest and largest boards. It is one of the eminent and recognized boards of school in India. The CBSE Board got its present title in 1952, and its main aim is to impart common learning in every state of India. CBSE Board is considered to be student-friendly, and the Board follows the international syllabus. The syllabus designed by the Board helps the students to achieve fast learning and outperform their respective exams.

Every Board has its pros and cons, but students passing from CBSE Board stand a superior probability of attaining better scores in AIEEE, IIT-JEE, and AIPMT. The Board conducts examination for CBSE Board 10th Class and Class 12.

1. Student-Friendly Curriculum

The curriculum of CBSE is more student-friendly and is designed keeping students at the centre. It is structured on an age-appropriate basis. The NCERT textbooks are interactive and allow students to gain knowledge about different things with joy. Hands-on learning helps students gain knowledge healthily and productively. The Board regularly surveys their curriculum and keeps it updated according to the recent trends in the education field.

2. Prepare Students for Competitive Exams.

Studying under the Central Board of Secondary Education also prepares the students for competitive exams such as IAS/IFS and other governmental exams. These exams are mostly based on NCERT textbooks. NCERT textbooks are considered as one of the best resources of study material for CBSE students. NCERT, along with prescribing the textbook also provides solutions for these textbooks for both Class 10 and 12 students. If students face any problem or have any doubt, they can refer to these solutions available subject-wise.

3. Students Can Access Online Study Materials

The Central Board of Secondary Education provides an online education system, and you can easily get study material online for Class 10 and 12 like NCERT textbooks in pdf form, sample papers, exam dates, result information, etc. It also provides a scholarship for those students who are in need of it. Along with quality knowledge, the Board also encourages students to pursue sports alongside studies. It provides a vast network and opportunities to explore students’ sports talent at the national level.

4. Examination Structure

In terms of exam reforms, the Board is moving towards an international approach in its examination patterns and marking schemes. The Board puts efforts for a thorough understanding and learning of students, which ensures mugging is not required to score good marks in the exam. The Board, while designing the exam papers, always keeps in mind how much the students have learned. In comparison, to other international boards, very few students fail in CBSE exams.
